Who provides Dilinga
Dilinga is provided by AYARUX. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
Using the app
You may use Dilinga for lawful purposes, for personal or business conversations of your own. You may not use it to send unlawful, abusive or deceptive content, to impersonate someone, to harass another person, or to work around a block someone has placed on you.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or drive it with automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
Objectionable content and abuse
Dilinga has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not send content that is hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit or violent, or that exploits or endangers children, and you may not use Dilinga to bully, stalk or defraud anyone.
You can block any user: a blocked user cannot message or call you. You can report a user or a message from the chat menu, the message menu or your contacts. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms and suspend or permanently remove the users responsible. You can also report abuse to [email protected].
Your content
What you write, record and send stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to operate the service: to carry, store, translate and deliver your content to the people you are talking to.
You are responsible for the content you send and for having the right to send it.
Recording other people
Translated calls work by recognising what is being said. Laws about recording and processing a conversation differ from country to country, and often require the other person's knowledge or consent. Making sure your use of Dilinga is lawful where you are is your responsibility.
Voice modelling may only be used with your own voice, with the consent step the app asks for. Modelling another person's voice is not permitted.
Dilinga Pro subscriptions
Dilinga Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly and annually. What it includes and its price in your currency are shown in the app before you buy. On the free plan, message translation stays unlimited and translated calls, camera translation and Ask come with a trial allowance.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app or your Dilinga account does not cancel the subscription.
- Pro allowances renew every month, on the annual plan as well. Unused allowance does not carry over to the next month.
- If the price changes, the App Store or Google Play tells you in advance, as their rules require.
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their own policies.
- Before you buy, the app asks you to link a permanent sign-in (Sign in with Apple or Google) so that the subscription can be restored on another device.
Translation is not perfect
Machine translation and speech recognition make mistakes, and the risk is higher with names, numbers, dialects, background noise and specialist vocabulary. Dilinga is a communication aid. It is not a certified, legal, medical or safety-critical translation service, and it should not be relied on where an error would be costly.
Availability
Dilinga depends on your network and on third-party services. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and the service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AYARUX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Dilinga, including loss arising from a translation error, a missed message or an interrupted call.
Intellectual property
Dilinga, its name, its design and its code belong to AYARUX. Other product and technology names are used for identification only and belong to their owners.
App stores
If you got Dilinga from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and AYARUX, not Apple or Google. The store you got the app from is not responsible for Dilinga or for supporting it, and its own terms apply to your use of the store.
Ending use
You may stop using Dilinga at any time and ask us to delete your data — see Delete your data. We may suspend access where these terms are being broken or where doing so is necessary to protect other people using the service.
Language versions
These terms are published in English and Turkish. The English version is the reference text; if the two differ, the English wording prevails.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
